30-Day Return Policy

Davantsi.com hopes you love your purchase. However, if you need to return your order, we offer a satisfaction guarantee in accordance with the terms below.

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is due to our error, the return will be covered at no cost to you.

To report an issue, please submit a problem report via email at [email protected], including a minimum of three photos showing the defect(s).

Return Address & Processing

The return address is set to our fulfilment partner’s facility. If a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. Unclaimed shipments will also be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sealed goods (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned once opened due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • Custom or personalised goods are not eligible for returns under EU consumer laws unless they are defective.

Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges and returns for discretionary reasons are at your expense. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must place a new order at your own cost.

EU Consumer Rights Notification

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Goods made to a consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

For customers in Brazil, a purchase withdrawal must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item, including a photo of the product. If the item has been used or damaged, a refund will not be possible.

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
